This picture was taken from another anatomy book I can't remember for the life of me at the present moment. I'll edit this when I find the book.
This one was a little tricky. The light on this woman was REALLY sharp. The darks on her body were literally blackened darks. I should've done it in charcoal, but this was for life drawing. Estimated time was about an hour. Enjoy, guys.

I'm blow away by the shading, and highlights in this picture. And I love how you added the darkness around her it makes the light on the body stand out much more than if you'd just left the background white.
